Classic Crust Pizza truck is a unique mobile catering experience serving the Capital District and beyond. Automobiles and pizza! Two of the greatest inventions. This is a one-of-a-kind, party experience that people all around the Capital District talk about. Our custom built 1946 Classic Chevrolet truck houses everything needed for the party. It has 3 beer taps, refrigeration, lighting, music, 4 custom built rustic tables and an Italian made wood fired oven from Mugnaini!

This amazing oven has been featured in numerous magazines. It even got a shout out from Food Networks own Guy Fieri! It is a thrill to bring this experience to the Clifton Park and surrounding areas. The Classic Crust mobile catering menu is fully customizable. We have a wide variety of pizzas from the classics to anything your heart desires. If a topping is not listed just ask and we will make it happen! And included is a choice of salad, dessert, lemonade and lemon ice water. In addition to servicing New York’s Capital Region, starting in October of 2024, the Classic Crust Pizza Truck will be available in the Sarasota, Florida area. When it comes to Gluten Free pizza….this place reigns supreme! The flavors are incredible. I had the Grandma Pizza with half meatball and it was just so damn good! The red sauce tastes so fresh and delicious. Dough was incredible. Very awesome spot. Cocktails were very good as well. This place is a Must Try! You won’t regret it! But get there early because this place fills up Very quickly!

Fun atmosphere and great food. The most notable part of our visit was the excellent service by Billy. He was professional and efficient while still being friendly and cooperative. Our table had multiple diners who wanted to pay separately and he was super patient in making that happen. We were here on a Saturday and it got busy quickly but we will definitely return.
